Amends the Emergency Telephone System Act. Modifies provisions relating to private residential switch services to indicate that such services and multi-line telephone system (MLTS) 9-1-1 services installed, managed, or operated before February 16, 2020 shall ensure that the system is connected to the public switched telephone network such that calls to 9-1-1 route to the appropriate 9-1-1 jurisdiction and makes other changes.
