Creates the Reimagining Electric Vehicles in Illinois Act. Creates the Reimagining Electric Vehicles in Illinois (REV Illinois) Program to be administered by the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. Provides that the Program shall provide financial incentives and tax credits to eligible manufacturers of electric vehicles, electric vehicle component parts, and electric vehicle power supply equipment.
