Amends the General Assembly Redistricting Act of 2021 and the Illinois Voting Rights Act of 2011. Makes various changes to the boundaries of districts based on 2020 federal decennial census data and makes conforming changes in other provisions. This legislation is the revised state legislative maps developed following availability of the U.S. Census Bureau data for 2020. Effective immediately.
