Amends the Drug School Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

Staff Analysis

Amends the Cook County Forest Preserve District Act. Provides that, subject to approval by the forest preserve district board, the managing authority of the zoological park may sublease or license no more than 15 acres of land within its boundaries for recreational use by a governmental entity or a not-for-profit organization to gain revenue in support of the zoological park's mission. Provides that a sublease or license under the provisions shall expire after 15 years or upon the expiration of the contract between the forest preserve district and the zoological society, including renewal terms, whichever occurs first. Provides that the authority to sublease or license under the provisions expires December 31, 2030. Effective immediately.
