Authorizes the Executive Director of the Lake County Forest Preserve District to execute and deliver a quitclaim deed to certain real property located in Lake County to Fort Sheridan National Cemetery. Effective immediately. House Amendment 1: Replaces everything after the enacting clause with the provisions of the introduced bill, and makes the following change: Provides that the specified real property shall be executed and delivered to the United States of America and its assigns (rather than to Fort Sheridan National Cemetery). Effective immediately.
