The Paid Leave for All Workers Act (P.A. 102-1143) was enacted into law on March 13, 2023. The new law is effective on January 1, 2024. ISACo has made the following resources available to educate county officials and staff about the new law.

Mandated Physical Notice Poster
Beginning January 1, 2024, employers are required to post a physical notice on the premises where other notices are posted that summarizes the Act and includes information about filing a complaint. The IDOL notice is available by clicking on the image below:
